Our Fees

We have an initial non refundable registration fee of £60. The nursery will be closed on all bank holidays and the week between Christmas and New Year and for 3 staff training days per year. Please note you will not be charged for these days

  • Fees are to be paid monthly in advance.  Invoices are issued on the 25th of each month, to be paid within 10 days by bank transfer, via the Famly app and/or childcare vouchers and should reference your child's name.
  • Two months’ notice in writing is required before withdrawing your child from the nursery.
  • Government funded hours will be applied to your invoice first, followed by any unfunded hours charged at our hourly rate. 
  • Fees are still payable if your child is sick, on holiday, and should the nursery close due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Sessions cannot be swapped or carried forward if your child does not attend their registered days.
  • Fees include formula, breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea. Snacks are provided based on age appropriate nutrition, milk and water available. 

Collection and late fees charges

Fees are paid one month in advance and invoices are sent out on the 25th of each month, to be paid within 10 days. We ask that every effort is made to ensure that all payments are received within 10 days of being invoiced. If payment is received late then a charge of £20 will automatically be applied to the next invoice. If payment goes over 14 days, with non-payment, Adorable Nurseries Limited reserve the right to cancel your child’s place. The nursery closes at 5.30pm Monday-Friday, please make every effort to collect your child at the scheduled pick up time. If you are going to be late please phone us as soon as possible There is a late collection charge of £10 for every 15 minutes which will be charged this additional operational cost covers caring for the child outside of their normal nursery hours.

Settling in Sessions

These are held up to twice a week, they are provided free of charge over a one or two week period.

  • Morning induction session 9:30am – 10:30am

During these sessions parents are required to stay in order for the nursery to meet Ofsted ratio requirements
